Producers Workshop
The Producer's Workshop is aimed at supporting mainly emerging V4 producers in the field of short film production. It will take place in the framework of the ELBE DOCK IFF, which is focused on the production of short films and audiovisual projects. Projects will be submitted in advance through an open call. The Producers Workshop lecturer and the festival dramaturgs will select 6 projects (in a combination of short films, mini-series typically intended for online distribution and audiovisual projects related to film language). 6 emerging V4 producers will be invited to the festival (minimum: 1 CZ, 1 SK, 1 PL, 1 HU). The open call will be open to all projects that are in a state of pre-finalisation, developing festival strategies with a specific project, finalizing promotion and looking for space for further distribution. The workshops and Masterclasses will focus specifically on PR, the use of artificial intelligence in marketing, as well as sales at festivals and to different territories and festival strategies. These Masterclasses will also be open to the professional public.
